Overview

Wow! Momo had already won Kolkata's heart — the brief was to give it a voice loud enough for the rest of the country to listen too. We took over always-on social, content and community management across a brand that was scaling faster than most QSR chains in India.

The approach was simple: treat momos the way Gen-Z treats memes. Fast, funny, shareable. We built a content calendar around cultural moments, food trends and city-specific humour, layered with influencer collaborations that felt native rather than bought.

The result was a measurable lift in lead conversion and a community that started doing the marketing for us — tagging friends, recreating reels, and turning a ₹49 momo into a genuine cultural reference point.
