Emami Healthy & Tasty was a new entrant in a crowded packaged-foods category, competing for shelf space and search visibility against brands with decades of presence behind them.
We built a media plan that prioritised efficiency over reach for its own sake — concentrating spend against the audiences most likely to convert, continuously testing creative and channel mix, and feeding performance data straight back into the next sprint of creative.
