About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level) who lives and breathes ROAS, CTRs, and CPLs. You’ll lead the charge on scaling PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms—turning budgets into bold, measurable results. This role isn’t just about managing ads — it’s about owning performance strategy, uncovering insights, and driving outcomes that clients rave about.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers)

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop performance strategies tailored to client goals, using data to make informed, high-impact decisions.
  • Audit and improve campaign structures, keyword strategies, and audience targeting to continuously elevate performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align campaigns with larger brand and business objectives.
  • Write sharp, conversion-focused ad copy and work with design teams to craft thumb-stopping creatives.
  • Manage budgets smartly — allocating spends, setting bids, and pacing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.), turning data into actionable insights.
  • Stay current on algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital trends — and apply them proactively.
  • Support and guide junior team members when needed, sharing your knowledge and raising the bar for everyone

Skills That’ll Make You Shine

  • 2–4 years of hands-on PPC experience across Google and Meta (certifications = gold stars!)
  • Proven track record of driving performance outcomes — and articulating how you got there.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Firebase, Data Studio, etc.
  • Flair for ad copywriting and a strong sense of what grabs attention in a scroll-heavy world.
  • Ability to balance multiple campaigns without losing your cool or your calendar.
  • Strategic thinker with curiosity to test, learn, and iterate.
  • Clear communicator who can explain data to clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Hungry to grow, improve, and keep pushing what performance marketing can do.
