About the Role

We’re looking for an Advertising Account Executive to act as the vital link between our clients and the agency. You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and deliver impact. This role blends client servicing, project management, and strategic collaboration, making you the go-to person who keeps everything moving forward while building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers)

  • Meet and liaise with clients to understand and identify their advertising needs.
  • Work with internal teams to devise campaigns that align with client briefs and budgets.
  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and budgets alongside account managers.
  • Brief media, creative, and research teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary link between clients and the agency, maintaining clear communication on both sides.
  • Negotiate campaign details with clients and agency colleagues.
  • Handle budgets, track campaign costs, and oversee invoicing.
  • Write detailed client reports and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, shoots, recordings, and client presentations.
  • Assist in pitches to help win new business for the agency.

What to Expect (besides client calls and coffee-fueled days)

  • Primarily office-based in Kolkata, with frequent travel to meet clients or attend shoots and recordings.
  • Occasional overnight travel and even overseas opportunities.
  • A generally informal environment — though smart dress and client-facing professionalism are expected.
  • A social side to the role, with client events and networking as part of the job.
