What You'll Do
- Lead creative strategy and concept development for key accounts
- Mentor and direct a team of designers, writers, editors and art directors
- Present and defend big ideas to clients
- Ensure consistency and craft across every deliverable that leaves the building
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in a creative leadership role at an agency
- A portfolio of award-recognised or culturally relevant work
- Equal comfort with brand, digital and campaign-led thinking
- The ability to push a room toward a better idea — kindly but firmly
