What You'll Do
- Build and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms
- Monitor performance daily and optimise for CPA / ROAS
- Prepare client-facing performance reports
- Test creative, audiences and bidding strategies
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Comfort reading data and translating it into action
- Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications a plus
- Curiosity about new platforms and ad formats
